To support your success, we’ve built a compensation model and platform structure that’s transparent, competitive, and designed to grow with you. We’ve developed two compensation models — the Rogue & Rise models — to provide both new and experienced advisors the structure they need. Whether you're an experienced advisor or transitioning into the broker world, our offerings are built to reward performance, encourage independence, and eliminate the confusion and gimmicks found at many larger firms.

The Rogue Model is built for elite advisors who thrive in an independent environment. If you’ve mastered loan structuring, understand the broker platform, and want the freedom to run your own business without the overhead or limitations of a traditional firm — this is your model.

  • Low $110 Monthly Tech Fee
    Covers access to industry-leading platforms, tools, and digital infrastructure.

     

  • 5% Override on Recruited Advisors
    Help grow the team and earn a 5% override on every loan funded by the mortgage advisors you bring in.

     

  • 80-Day Clawback Protection
    After funding 6 loans per calendar year, your commissions are protected from early payoff clawbacks.

     

  • Daily Payouts
    Fast funding means faster earnings — get paid daily once files close.

     

  • Processing Flexibility
    Self-process your loans or work with trusted third-party processors — you choose what works best.

     

  • 1099 Independent Contractor Pay Structure

The Rise Model is designed for developing professionals — whether you're new to the industry, transitioning from retail, or returning to the broker world and looking for structure, support, and long-term growth.
 

Rise Model Highlights:

    We invest in your future from the start — we’ll cover your initial licensing costs to help you launch with confidence.

     

  • Hardware Provided
    Get the tools you need to work efficiently, with company-issued equipment included.

     

  • Annual License Renewals Included
    Stay active without extra costs — we cover your annual renewals as long as you fund 1M in loan volume per calendar year.

     

  • Transparent Comp Structure: 40–60% Split (Years 1–5)
    Your split grows with your experience. Start strong at 40%, with automatic increases each year — or accelerate faster by funding 6 loans within any rolling 12-month period.

     

  • 80-Day Clawback Protection
    After funding 6 loans per calendar year, your commissions are protected from early payoff clawbacks.
     

  • 5% Override on Recruited Advisors
    Bring in quality talent and earn a 5% override on every loan they fund.
